Breathwork Benefits

Hi folks, long time, sorry been a little busy with surgery, Christmas and a touch of the rona’s. I think I did well to avoid it this long. Am on holiday from the day job and have gone back to my private practice just recently after a few weeks off.
Whilst I have been off I have been thinking a lot about health, I am keen to end this year healthy, happy, not that I am not already but I really want to get into the shape of my life. I have been reading about the benefits of sea swimming and really keen to take the plunge. Will be great for my mind and body!
More recently I have been starting to learn more about breath work, with soma breath. The benefits of regular practice are vast! It balances emotions, improves brain health, reduces inflammation, stabilises blood sugar, improves heart rate variability to name a few! It’s exciting, it will be such a great thing to enhance my work with people, really supporting that mind body connection.
I will be adding early morning sessions to the next retreat too, so people really get an opportunity to get into it.
Watch this space for my first breath work classes on zoom. Looking forward to getting started.
