Waves and breath

Hi guys,

Well as promised I have been going in the Sea, managing 3 times a week so far. There are days when it’s harder and others where I can’t wait to get in. Today I was really looking forward to a swim after yoga, but sadly a red weather warning, a storm seeming to arrive earlier than expected I opted to be safe. The benefits will be outweighed by being pulled out to sea I reckon. This means I will aim for 3 days in a row at the back end of the week.
Today marks my last women’s group ‘putting you at the top of your to do list’, am looking forward to spending the session doing some breath work based on my growing interest in the health benefits, mindful painting to see if the program has helped balance out attendees and a tapping followed by hypnosis on goals going forward. It’s been wonderful working with such a great group of women, who mainly work in construction.
Jude and I are hoping to fill the last 3 places on our retreat 18th-20th March, limited to just 12 places it’s pretty exclusive. Booking will close on the 28th Feb.
I also took the plunge in running my first solo retreat, 4 hours on St Mary’s island inside, looking at managing stress, the benefits of breathing right and a present mindful afternoon. Pleased that I have some bookings already, the afternoon includes a light lunch after an energetic start, with things slowing right down after. Do you need an afternoon just for you, concentrating on your body and mind connection? If so book under my events page just £45 and you get recordings to take home via email or WhatsApp. Join me on May 8th for the first of I hope many rest and repair sessions.
Take care x
